• Ownership: All video content available on Skilltracka.com remains the property of the original creators or Skilltracka.com, as applicable. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.
• License: By using our service, you acknowledge that we have obtained the necessary permissions to host and stream videos for which the open-source platform has provided a download link.
• Use: You may access and stream the content for personal use only. Redistribution, modification, or commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited.

4. Fees and Payments

• Technical Uploading Fee: This fee covers the costs associated with uploading videos from open-source platforms to our platform. It is a one-time fee per video.
• Server Consumption Fee: This fee covers the costs of server usage for streaming videos from open-source platforms. It is calculated based on the amount of data streamed.
• Proprietary Course Fees: Skilltracka offers its own training courses, which are not free. Fees for these courses cover the complete training package and are not limited to technical services.
• Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for any skill training course access once it has been granted.

5. Certificates of Completion

We offer certificates of completion to users who successfully complete courses on our platform, whether they are from open-source platforms or proprietary courses. These certificates serve as a record of achievement and can be used to demonstrate your skills and progress with us.

6. User Conduct

• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our platform.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing copyrighted content without permission or circumventing our fee structures.
